Shipping:
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order. Once it ships, most packages arrive within 3–8 business days (fulfilled from New York).
Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Expedited Shipping:
Available within the continental U.S. Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship the same business day; orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is non-refundable and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Premium Delivery Service:
Offers protection against loss, damage, or theft. This service is non-refundable, even if the order is canceled or returned. Any claims must be submitted to our support team within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Items returned without their original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
